Can I switch between automatic and manual vehicles?
Participation in theory modules: what's compulsory? What's sensible?
For the best preparation, we recommend taking all modules at least once. This way, you'll be fully prepared for your theory test.
In any case, you'll need to complete the minimum number of theory lessons legally required for your driving licence category.
The order you take the modules doesn't matter!
Our theory modules are designed so that you can take them at any time, without needing any prior knowledge from the other modules.
For example, you could start with Module 6 and then take Module 1 at a later date – all flexibly and without restrictions.
Our top tip: take advantage of the opportunity to repeat modules free of charge so you can consolidate all your knowledge and be confident and best prepared on the day of your test.
How do I sign up for a theory test?
There are several ways you can sign up for your theory test:

As a rule, you'll be given a test date within a week, without having to wait too long.
Important: no stamp, no test!
To be allowed to sit your theory test, you need a driving instructor's stamp on your certificat d'apprentissage [learner's certificate]. This confirms that you've attended all the required theory lessons.
Simply speak to your driving instructor after your final lesson – they'll take care of it.

You can arrange your driving lessons directly with your driving instructor.

How does the theory test work?
The theory test takes place online and is made up of multiple choice questions on traffic, rules of the road and safety.
But don't worry – with our modular courses, mock tests and revision opportunities, you'll be ready.
Can I choose the vehicle I take my practical test in?
As a rule, you'll take your test in the vehicle you've been practising in. This is best because you'll already be familiar with the vehicle. Speak to your driving instructor if you have any questions or special requests.
Where should I meet my driving instructor for my driving lessons?
Simply decide on a meeting point for your driving lessons with your driving instructor. This can be at the driving school, at home or at another location. We adapt to your everyday life.
